Shipping Info: If an order contains a pre-ordered item, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping the order. If you want your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please make an additional order.

All items, especially vinyl records, are packaged in-house with great care. However, mistakes can happen. If an item is damaged in transit, please refer to our return policy for a refund or exchange.

International orders may be subject to duties and other additional fees. Please be aware of your country's import regulations and fees before placing an order.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time via Media Mail ranges from 2-8 business days.
Return Policy: We accept returns on wrong or damaged items. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.

We will provide you with a return label to send the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that any returned item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
